Shipping policy

Overview
At NANCIE STORE, we are committed to delivering your order quickly, safely, and at no extra cost. We currently ship to all addresses within the contiguous United States and offer Free Standard Shipping on every order — no minimum purchase required.
Shipping Destination
We ship to all 50 US states and territories. At this time, we do not offer international shipping.
Shipping Cost
Free Shipping on all orders shipped within the United States. No shipping fees will be added at checkout.
Shipping Method
All orders are shipped via Standard Shipping through USPS carrier. We do not currently offer expedited or express shipping options.
Processing Time
Orders are processed and verified within 1 to 2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next available business day.
Estimated Delivery Time
Once your order has been dispatched, estimated delivery is:
- Standard Shipping: 3 to 5 Business Days from the date of shipment
Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary slightly due to carrier delays, high-volume periods, or events outside our control (such as severe weather or national holidays). Delivery timeframes are not guaranteed.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. You can use this tracking number on the carrier's website to monitor your delivery status in real time. Please allow up to 24 hours after shipment for tracking information to update.
Shipping Address Accuracy
It is the customer's responsibility to provide a correct and complete shipping address at checkout. NANCIE STORE is not responsible for delays, losses, or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.
Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged or is confirmed as lost in transit by the carrier, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include a replacement shipment or refund depending on the situation.
