Our Commitment
At NANCIE STORE, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery. Please read the full policy below to understand the return process, eligibility requirements, and how refunds are issued.
Return Window
You have 30 calendar days from the date of delivery to initiate a return request. Returns requested after 30 days of delivery will not be accepted.
Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return, items must meet all of the following conditions:
- The item is returned within 30 days of the delivery date
- The item is in its original condition — unused, unassembled where applicable, and undamaged
- The item is in its original packaging with all components, accessories, and any included documentation
- A valid proof of purchase (order number or email confirmation) is provided
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Items that have been used, assembled, altered, or damaged by the customer
- Items returned without original packaging or missing components
- Items returned after the 30-day return window
- Items marked as Final Sale at the time of purchase
How to Initiate a Return
To begin the return process, please contact our customer support team before sending anything back. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
- Step 1: Email us at nancie@nanciestore.store or call (517) 734-6472 with your order number and reason for return
- Step 2: Our team will review your request and respond within 1-2 business days with return instructions and a return authorization
- Step 3: Pack your item securely in its original packaging and ship it to the address provided by our team
- Step 4: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund
Return Shipping
For returns due to our error (e.g., wrong item sent, defective or damaged product upon arrival), we will provide a prepaid return shipping label at no cost to you.
For returns due to a change of mind or buyer's remorse, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for items lost in return transit.
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund request:
- Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days
- You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been processed
- Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card provider to post the credit to your account
Original shipping charges (if any were applied) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a product defect.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at nancie@nanciestore.store with:
- Your order number
- A clear description of the damage or defect
- Photos of the damaged or defective item and packaging
We will review your case promptly and arrange a replacement shipment or full refund at no additional cost to you.
Exchanges
We do not process direct exchanges at this time. If you would like a different item, please return your original purchase following the steps above and place a new order for the desired product.
